We get so attached to our ideas of good/bad, should/shouldn’t, black/white when it comes to food.

I’m fascinated by the evidence that two vastly different styles of eating, (vegan and very low carbohydrate, emphasizing animal fats) can both be shown to improve health.

I’ve been drawn to explore and experiment with some shifts recently.

Making space for foods that have not been a major part of my diet, and letting go of some that have.

Making space for thoughts and conclusions that have not been a part of my mindset.

Making space for healing.

Where can you make space in your relationship to food?

  1. Creating spaciousness – what a delicious idea. Space for me ? Putting down the struggle (good/bad, right/wrong – we attach so much baggage to food!!) and allowing what feels right and ditching what doesn’t. Thanks, Moira.
